  1. What age groups do you typically serve?

  2. What is your staff-to-child ratio?

  3. Are services offered in-home, center-based, or both?

  4. Do you provide parent training or support services alongside therapy?

  5. What are the credentials and experience levels of your BCBAs and RBTs?

  6. Will my child be assigned a consistent team of therapists?

  7. How often does the BCBA directly observe sessions or work with my child?

  8. Are the techs QBS trained

  9. How is a treatment plan developed, and how often is it reviewed?

  10. Are goals individualized based on my child’s strengths and needs?

  11. What does a typical therapy session look like?

  12. How will I be kept updated on my child’s progress?

  13. How frequently are progress reports or reviews shared

  14. How do you address aggressive or self-injurious behaviors?

  15. What is your policy on restraint or seclusion (if any)?

  16. How do you handle transitions, meltdowns, or regressions?

  17. Are there waitlists, and how long is the average wait time?

  18. How flexible is your scheduling? Do you offer part-time options?
